The desktop works fine as it is. -

Every time I've ever had a problem with a program running, installing the Flatpak or getting an AppImage has always just solved it. -

It's literally like saying "computer, install [thing]", and it just does it. Imagine having to search [thing], click on the website, click on the download, click next a bunch of times, and then maybe even have to restart afterward. -
