@cavyherd @foone @connections We got a reverse loaded reel of tantalum caps from some dubious vendor, shoved it in the pick and place, and didn't realize the problem until the assembly line had filled all the way to final test, and dozens of caps blew at once. Even then it took three boards before we got everything shut down. Those boards were $10K each so we tried to rework them, but we always missed a few. That was a month of surprises.
