    @mkultra I don't, I consider having a prescribed anthropomorphicised notion of the Ultimate Reality restrictive. Literally the only family of religions that attempts to do this. Others (Hinduism, Daoism, even Buddhism) identify God as impossible to even fully perceive, all-encompassing, thoroughly depersonalized, or don't bother identifying the Ultimate Reality at all (most pagan religions.)

    Islam is the most insidious of the Abrahamic family, it does the most to install Allah as God (to the point of "Shirk" existing as a sin for associating God with images, persons or things,) And yet wouldn't you know it? Allah speaks directly to humans, in both words and dreams, appears directly before them, and has rigid moral notions of "his" own. Who'd have thought?

He's at best cognate with a malevolent Asura who tricks humans into believing he is in the absence of meaningful techniques (in their culture) for identifying it properly. The objective is to put you in a soul farm. Your afterlife will be eternal. You'll be harvested for praise or suffering, whichever is easier to extract. It's horrific.
