The JetKVM is an inexpensive, small IP KVM with a new twist on an old idea — full remote control for any computer.

Update: The CEO of Elecrow responded to my email about the unauthorized voice cloning early this morning.

They stole my voice with AI

Elecrow—an electronics company that makes Pi and ESP accessories—used an AI voice for multiple tutorial series which sounds _almost exactly_ like me.

I never consented to have my voice used to promote Elecrow's products.

@mntmn shorts are like candy; people watch them for a quick bit of endorphins, then they forget about it and watch another. And they're not super healthy (IMHO).

Long form videos have much more long term value but don't get juicy view numbers :(

@mntmn @mattontech @josch 4+ hours is actually quite good considering the hardware—if they were designing their own silicon (like Apple) or used mobile-specific chips (like most laptop manufacturers), that'd be middle of the road.

For the performance it's 'not great, not terrible' but if you compare it to a modern MacBook or Dell/HP/whatever, it's going to lose there (but that's not what it's meant to compete with, at least IMO).

@mntmn @phf @theawesomerandomness @holo_memory It will be like the Apple 1 — except would be awesome to keep seeing it made so anyone who wants that bit of your MNT history can get it!

I also think it will be interesting if either Radxa releases their CM5 or Pi releases a CM5 in the same form factor. Instant 2.5x+ faster upgrade with better GPU.
