    With a clearer head and a better mood, I am reattempting to install Mastodon. My systems can take it but it will be on its own.

    The domain I plan to use is by far my most favorite acquisition of the year. Also, there's going to be some changes in deployment.

    This legislation needs to be signed into law.

    I'm sure a lot of you are sick of a process that could easily be automated. They already take the money out, so why does one have to go through all this?

    I'm filing for this fiscal year, but due to my change in employment and new information I sent to the credit agencies, I might need to wait until after February 14th to ensure all relevant documents arrive.

    Many companies are updating their terms and a lot of tracking is included or clarified. Please, read them over and consider DNS level adblocks to weather the coming storm of intrusion.

    They don't care and they're being refreshingly honest.


    So will I - I will do everything in my power to punish or throttle companies who don't respect my privacy or continue to rely on Google, Fedi instances included. Sanctions are on the table.

    Just ask Trend Micro and Chime. I won't hesitate, even if it hurts.

    Don't give me that TLDR bullshit either. Your life might depend on it.

    yes, it is. I take notes and some of the output is put into the MRF policies for Krowverse Services Federation, my limited instance.

    I prefer follow-only over defederation because it constrains activities in much the same way without breaking the network. Of course, illegal content, technical debt and admin request are still sufficient grounds for defederation.

    I'm considering creating a new instance that uses Niche Federation, meaning it is dedicated to federating with instances that follow a specific topic.
