This legislation needs to be signed into law.

I'm sure a lot of you are sick of a process that could easily be automated. They already take the money out, so why does one have to go through all this?

I'm filing for this fiscal year, but due to my change in employment and new information I sent to the credit agencies, I might need to wait until after February 14th to ensure all relevant documents arrive.
