    Why are the usernames on Nostr gigantic strings of letters and numbers? You expect me to remember and know a bizarre alphanumeric code when tagging someone?     Hey everyone! A Chudbud I know is in need of potentially life-saving (and definitely life-improving) medical equipment: a CPAP machine to help with sleep apnea issues. They do not have health insurance to cover the machine, so it must be bought out-of-pocket.
