   Why are the usernames on Nostr gigantic strings of letters and numbers? You expect me to remember and know a bizarre alphanumeric code when tagging someone? Or know who people are based on their pfp alone? I obviously am missing something here about why this is the greatest thing since sliced bread to hit the fedi.

     Those are relays retard. The entire point of nostr is that you use many relays so there’s no single point to unilaterally ban and censor you.
