But seriously, people who do this, tend to post it all over the internet and make sure everyone knows, maybe even have the local tv network come by so really everyone in the area will know, how wonderful and fabulous and totally not racist and super caring and openminded they really are. Only to complain afterwards of how rude the immigrants were.

Seriously seen this crap happen here in the Netherlands, even in my home town, with people taking in Ukrainians. Disgusting.

Though sometimes you have settled immigrants who will take in people from similar background to get them settled in the country. They'll speak the same language, have similar religion, etc. These people are usually were housed once like that as well. But that's a whole different ball game than what's being discussed here.

@ChasingWaterfalls Someone that had a woman and her kids from the Ukraine complained that the woman had been depressed and stuff and was crying a lot. And had a totally different culture and customs and way of interacting. Like what the actual fuck did you think was gonna happen.

Apparently (no idea if true) Naperville is the San Francisco of the Chicago suburbs. So they might even be able to house these migrants. I mean people were crying more should be done, if they were public about it, they might not wanna loose face and actually pull through and take them in.

As for the eviction, would they be able to, if things would go haywire after a few days? Or will it be like "y'all is roommates, deal with it" and then we read in the news how the "roommate" drove out the actual owner and claim the house for themselves. Have read a story like that before recently.

Having children is a financial death sentence for most millennials and gen z'ers right now. We can barely afford to stay afloat ourselves. Look at the amount of people who had to move back in with parents. It's fucking ridiculous. Everything has been done to discourage people from having kids. And now it's a crisis.
