I don't know Linux, but I'm pretty sure "rm" is "remove" and "-fr" is "don't ask for confirmation". Anything with a * in it after that is just asking for trouble.

I was going to say this will hurt their stock price, but sadly it likely won't. The only people investing are the 'true believers' and those who think firing employees helps businesses.

I think Reddit is going to make a fortune in its IPO, because something something AI training data something something.

Then when that turns out to be the next NFTs, the CEO will be paid well over $100 million to leave and the company will collapse.

Usenet is still around and I still have an account somewhere. I should see if there's enough activity there to work.

He should be banned from social media for life. I'm not saying social media made him do this, but I think this should be part of his punishment the same way an abusive cop should never get be a cop again.
