@foone Sensible. I just had this image in my mind of a 16x16 grid of emulators all running slightly different versions of a ROM like some sort of quantum alternate timeline viewer. 😆

@foone It absolutely would not surprise me. How many versions of the ROM can you run simultaneously? Or do you do it one by one?

@foone It wasn’t my first program, but while in junior high I wanted to port Apple LOGO programs to my PC, but all I had was QuickBASIC, so I wrote a library of subroutines that emulated the LOGO turtle graphics well enough that I could translate the programs without much difficulty.

@foone I’ve joked before that Rust’s use of ‘a makes it look like Klingon to me 😅

@mhoye @foone @_L1vY_ Aside from retroactively creating the movie in question, one has to wonder about the ripple effects that would result from erasing the 11:30pm airing of an episode of “Hot Shots” on that day from history.
