    all jokes aside, it's really sad how many games are choosing to just straight up block linux instead of letting people run stuff through wine or proton, i'm sure big game companies don't care about losing the very small number of linux users who can't play their games though

    i was really hoping the steam deck would end up becoming a big hit, which would show developers that it's worth letting people run games on linux, but it seems like the steam deck hasn't really taken off, it's probably doomed to just be a niche product that's only really popular among a small community of people

This is my new main account, and it has been for a while. I was hesitant to migrate from my old accounts for a long time, but I finally decided to do it today.

    My name is Maddie, I am a 20 year old trans woman living in the United States. My pronouns are she/her. I enjoy playing with computers, software, virtualization, operating systems, and games. I am bisexual and currently single. My operating system is Linux Mint, my current PC is the Framework 12th Gen, and my desktop environment is Xfce.
