    The amount of spam from Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail accounts on internet is insane.

    Free email providers should be blacklisted or low trust domains. They don't do a good job preventing that.

    Pinochet had an agreement with Allende to surrender peacefully, but that night, the whole military branch including Toribio Merino told him: "you are with us or against us because we have everything ready for tomorrow".

    At the end, Pinochet accepted the proposal to prevent <<a second>> war between army and navy.

    And eventually, Chilean military code states that the Army Commander-In-Chief is promoted as Head of government under a coup.

      José Toribio Merino Castro (December 14, 1915 – August 30, 1996) was an admiral of the Chilean Navy who was one of the principal leaders of the 1973 Chilean coup d'état, along with General Augusto Pinochet of the Army, General Gustavo Leigh of the Air Force, and General César Mendoza of the Carabineros (national police).
