    @lain ProBiota HistaminX and Phyto-v yourgut+, both produced as part of a UK study I think.
    I had tried bovine colostrum and normal probiotics previously, but those produce a lot of histamine, which just exacerbated any neuropathy, inflammation, fatigue, etc.

    Think I might be finally recovered after 14 months of long Covid associated (not vaccinated) neuropathy, food intolerance, and chronic fatigue.

    Hope I'm not jumping the gun since lab results are still pending, but taking the newer non-histamine producing probiotics/bacterial cultures has improved things considerably. So my gut bacteria had probably been wiped out.
