The old control panel still exists but you have to dig deep in the start menu to find it. It's currently in Windows Tools, which opens up as a separate folder. It's annoying to get to whenever I have to change something. But it's not the same Control Panel as it was decades ago. Some of the controls has since moved onto Windows 11 Settings.

While trying to search for an old piece of internet media, I just got reminded of a time when you can just have the word "loli" or "lolicon" in your internet username and most people would not give a shit.
How times have changed for the worse.
The two big names I remembered had to go through a rebrand at some point. One still keeps their old handle in a private account, the other just disappeared off the internet entirely.
