     It hits hard if you followed the flame chaser arc which was a master class in story telling.
     
     Sadly that was where honkai impact 3rd peaked in story telling and now the story fucking sucks.

     Remember that part where you met Himeko's remnant as Kiana and were forced to turn around and move on? That was some good shit taking advantage of the interactive medium to tug at your heart strings.
