In lies of P I loved the challenge, check that one out maybe? A lot of people find it tough.

Well yes but also no.
It's something that MIGHT happen in the next chapter when it releases if you go for the absolutely worst possible path mentally speaking. The sister has a trinket that shows vision of the future, in one of those visions her and the brother are post coitus, her looking smug and him looking traumatized.
This vision happens only if you go for a specific path.
An alternative to this is the brother eventually killing her, sick of her shit. And believe me, it's a lot of shit.

The game is released in chapters as far as I understand and once you pay for it all the chapters should be included, again as far as I understand.
We are on two chapters released. A third shouldn't be too far.
I guess that's where we learn if they fuck or not.
Aside for the meme and aside for the fucking I enjoyed the game, the story is fucked up enough.
Don't expect crazy gameplay though, I don't remember if it IS made with rpg maker but it does look like it, so even if it's not made with it you have an idea of how it looks. The sprites are not great. What made it enjoyable for me was just how messed up the story was.
If you are into horror/splatter movies you might perhaps like it.
