I'll remind you that even playing a game that has a micro transaction that costs the full price of an AAA game for anything less than a huge pack of content or currency (in snowbreak that might be enough to get you one small thing) is just supporting and feeding into god awful industry practices. You can pay thousands, and you won't even actually be allowed to keep the pixels you paid for once shutdown inevitably comes in like 3 years. -

What the fuck are you on about? Look bub, the only one defending *anything* right now right here is you. I'm saying it's all garbage, that $99 gets you two of these at the most is just criminal. This shit isn't a charity, "gotta make money somehow" is not an excuse to be a chinkjew with currencies like this. It's also why I refuse to play MMOs. And why I always pirate games that cost more than $30. Predatory pricing in video games at ALL is unforgivable.

By supporting these practices, you're enabling developers to exploit players with overpriced microtransactions. It's not about whether I buy it or not; it's about the principle. These schemes prey on people who might feel pressured to spend to keep up, and that's inherently a fucking problem.
I understand how gacha games work, but that doesn't mean we should excuse or accept unethical practices. Complaining about it is necessary to push for better standards in the industry. Ignoring the issue or defending it is just masochism, allowing developers and ESPECIALLY publishers to continue exploiting their player base. We should demand better, not settle for the status quo.
Grow some fucking principals, get some fucking convictions and then get back to me, dork. -
