A lot has to change to facilitate this.

The transition from horses to cars involved building a lot of infrastructure and passing many laws (e.g. zoning laws make auto ownership a requirement to participate in society).

We can look at more advanced countries that have wider EV adoption and see what needs to happen if we want to join the 21st century.

I am no longer certain that having copyrights at all is a good idea, but if we are going to have them, it should not be allowed for people to use copyrighted material to program AI without paying the copyright holder.
