Seriously... leadership might not be too hard.
Im not a leader, but ive taken initiative enough times that im starting to see some patterns in how people like to be lead.
Leadership seems to have an obvious skill set (once youve seen it), just like how guitar has hammer ons and sweep picking etc. -

@matrix i must be massively retarded because i dont know why people think anti social behavior is cool. I dont think people did any logical analysis before reacting to it, but i think the process is something like: He is rude because he is so strong he already has whatever he needs and doest need to kiss anyones ass. He behaves like the leader of a pack so he can do whatever he wants and the others must give way.
I dont get it. Please lead me to greater pastures. Haha.
