   Seriously... leadership might not be too hard.
   Im not a leader, but ive taken initiative enough times that im starting to see some patterns in how people like to be lead.
   Leadership seems to have an obvious skill set (once youve seen it), just like how guitar has hammer ons and sweep picking etc.

     People are often willing to take action, as long as someone takes the first step.
     So I often take the first step.
     Machismo repeated this.
