@ItsSkyDragonz This won't cure the problem of uninteresting OSTs in new games but one thing I do is first launch kodi. I have upnp/dnla and airplay playback enabled in kodi in its settings. Then I open the game and turn down the in-game music. I can then use doubletwist, a music app on my phone, to stream music to kodi over dnla (it can also use airplay). That way I can set up my own playlists of my own music for particular games or individual missions within them.

@CentaurBreeder @lina @Loki This is probably going to get me into hot water but the problem with Italian food is that, while it's definitely tasty, it's very same-ey. After the first few bites you've gotten all the taste pleasure out of it you're going to get.

And my other hot take is that American pizza > Italian pizza

I found what I thought was a good solution to traveling with these external drives for steam deck (sdxcs formatted in ext4 in usb adapters). I don't want them to bounce around too much in my journeys and they're also small and easy to lose. So I ordered some cheapo gameboy advance cartridge cases from ebay and cut off sections from an Amazon prime bubble envelope to put inside the cases. With the additional layer of padding, the sdxcs in usbs stay in place. After that it was a matter of labeling each box with the name of the sdxc inside.

I saw Resident Evil Infinite Darkness and really enjoyed it. Some of the martial scoring of the limited series called to mind the original RE3's OST. The film itself is set between the events of RE4 and RE5 which puts this series in the year 2006 of the overall Resident Evil timeline. Unlike Death Island, there was a good Japanese audio track for this release and the motion cap, background art, and models for the characters also looked better overall. Without getting into major spoilers, fans of the original Alien might enjoy some elements occurring inside a submarine. RE2 fans will also like seeing Claire Redfield and Leon S. Kennedy working together again. There are also unfortunately some connections to things from real life that occurred after this series was released in 2021. However, it serves to make this biopunk series more topical.

While Death Island was very cheesy, this one plays it straight, and is likely to please RE fans. I wish we'd had this kind of release in the theatres back in the day instead of the Paul Andersen RE movies (though I still maintain that his first one is okay).
