    That's how it should be done.
    I've tried to eat it like that but I just don't like it. I do keep rolled oats in my emergency stock. Most of the time the chickens get it on extra cold days

    Tonight I'm making chicken n waffles for supper with homemade syrup


    2 cups brown sugar
    1 cup water
    ½ cup butter
    Optional: ¼ teaspoon vanilla or maple extract

    Instructions:
    Combine the sugar and water in a medium-sized saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
    Lower the heat to medium and allow the mixture to boil for 4 minutes.
    Add the butter and stir until the butter has dissolved
    Remove from the heat and add the extract if desired.
    Let the syrup cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a pitcher or jar for storage. Serve immediately or store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to a month

    I think these 2 were neighbors and animosity had been building over time. This happened in texas. If old guy had not said take yer swing, he would've got off on self-defense. But by saying that, he provoked the swing

    Yes. I have heard many CO'S say, most of the people in prison for life made a bad choice one time. Best thing any of us can do is learn to check our emotions so we can walk way instead of reacting stupidly and regretting it forever
