    @pyrate @Sprate still, that laptop is nice. It's a Thinkpad X1 Yoga 4th gen, loaded with the WQHD screen (invoiced to google, acting as Daddy's Credit Card). Nowadays these things have deprecated like a rock given it's a older laptop (given it's from 2019 and this pic was from 2020-1ish).

    It seems like a great laptop to be an internet artist (autist) on, in between doing basic programming, complete with an integrated stylus and it's a shame it's owned by the person you see here.

    So one of my friends who built his PC bro bought a Nvidia GPU and today he complained that Ubuntu 22.04 updated and broke the GPU, after he just restarted it didn't work.

    He found out that booting the old kernel would make it work after trying anything and I thought the kernel was corrupt (the fun of helping people online is you work with vague shit) but when he mentioned the video worked on 6.2 and not 6.5, I found the answer: he had a Nvidia GPU. Turns out this is an issue on Nvidia.
