The marxism framework of understamding applies to class and societal dynamics, not around fucking. What you're asking is the equivalent of asking a realist what the appropiate color is: he ain't responding because the realist theory is about geopolitics.

Even historically, as a general line, marxists have usually been progressive, allying with disadvantaged groups and such, but even that flip-flopped: for example Romania and for a time the USSR banned abortion, Albania banned muslim names, China is racist and other less than progressive stuff. But that is because the "official" doctrine doesn't even touch the subject, so the line about what you ask ends up being what is generally the popular line

2) Eventual legislation can always be curbed via democracy and calling your representative(s). If they go forward they can be recalled and a new representative elected
