Off course, but it's still complicated. I mean open playstore and touch install
We still have the ports' problem, dynamic ips, certificates, SSL, which needs a port 443 to operate and port 80 to issue a Letsencript.
That's why i mentioned ipv6. They Justify the dynamic ips and closed ports with the fact that if they opened them for everyone it would expose common users to hackers. Open ports requires a static ip.
Also, with fixed ips we would dismiss domains register.

We need to find a way for people deploing Mastodon individually, in their computers, mobiles etc.
It will decrease the cost of an instance, each one will select their content and provide accounts to near friends.
When ipv6 and 5G definitely implemented, open ports, it will increase demand on powerfull hardware, its following improvement and a revolution in comunication all over the world.
Now it's the time to take the lead in this race.
Developers, let's work in that!
