Quick summary from yesterday because I was drinking a lot and probably explained it poorly:
- I work as a contractor with company A for company B
- company B decides to fire my lead and have me do both my job and hers
- call up company A and give my notice
- epic company A boss tells me not to worry about it, starts hunting for a new job for me immediately so they can keep me
- tells me not to say anything to company B at all
- last day with company B is Apr 30
- they have no idea

They don't know it yet but I'm putting in my resignation. They notified my coworker today that they decided to fire her and keep me (because I make less) but they didn't count on me peacing out of here. They're gonna have to beg her to stay after all lmao

Just got official word. It's really crazy that they actually just expect me to do 2 jobs now and the one that's added on is the much harder one. What a bunch of horse shit. For the hundredth time, it's more respectable to be pissed off at the degenerate state of social affairs in the west than it would be to go fuck sluts.
