@nixCraft around 9. There were some classes at my school and there I learned some C++ using an arduino. Dunno if arduino code counts as a program but the the first program program was written in kotlin at around 13

@itsfoss not gonna recommend yet, but just yesterday I switched to Ubuntu and deleted windows for good. So far it's really good, but there's a mix-uo between snaps, apts and flatpaks :kerbal:
