@itsfoss As of current, my latest hop was into Nobara Linux. I've been relatively impressed with how well it functioned out of the box, especially with a triple monitor setup. Took me a while to get used to KDE, as MX used XFCE and Mint used Cinnamon, but I'm starting to get comfortable with this. I made this jump as it was Fedora based, which I had little experience with. Gaming worked out of the box. No tinkering needed for those pesky 32 bit games. And if I want, I can boot back into MX.

@itsfoss Linux Mint is how I ended up going down this rabbit hole. After trying a multitude of flavors, I ended up landing on this. It was the most similar to how I would navigate the M$ OS & with Kernel 6.11 pushing WINE to do most of the heavy lifting of M$ executable files, I was finding myself booting into the M$ OS less often, until I just removed it for good. This is the first option that I request anyone try. Now I run Nobara + MX. :BlobhajHeart:

@itsfoss Now that SteamOS is starting to become more wide spread, I have a close acquaintance that wants to use it once it becomes easily available on most hardware. This makes me a happy monkey. :BlobhajPrideHeart:

@itsfoss If Mozilla needs a new stream of income with the looming removal of Google as their default search engine, so be it. I have no attachment to it one way or another. I hope they manage. :smug:
