    貧相な体　= she told about " your body is not adult < that meaning is her body is flat chest>.
    She insult her flat chest and body.

    あと数年は無理だろう　= " Then you can't do that < do prostitution > while several years later.

    Well but some idiot Japanese are say " We should be legal about marijuana".
    But in my opinion, I think that opinion is not good in generally we don't have good image about drugs and also I know about western or USA situations so I guess if we change be legal about marjiuana. That case is will be bad.

    はい is meaning polite "Yes"
    But そうだ　is meaning not formal "Yes " or "right".
    So you mixed in your sentence so i felt weird but in general your sentence is very good
