     Well I don't used be this game so I don't read that situation so I assumed that word meaning.
     
     体を売る(からだをうる）　＝ do prostitution　< secret word in JP>
     
     その貧相な体じゃ、あと数年は無理だろう。
     
     貧相な体　= she told about " your body is not adult < that meaning is her body is flat chest>.
     She insult her flat chest and body.
     
     あと数年は無理だろう　= " Then you can't do that < do prostitution > while several years later.
     
     probably but
     
     別だろうけど　= it is not problem
