@coolboymew you can't see the genre from the gallery. yes, i suppose i could put it on the cover, but it's unusual to do so. usually, in record stores, they tag stuff so that's not needed.

if i could customise my Bandcamp page, i'd add a little blurb on each cover image with the genre of the song. my stuff is varied enough that people might hate the first thing they click on, but love the next.

@coolboymew @Rocket this is just what i needed to make a full backup of everything i uploaded to SoundCloud. i'm looking for somewhere else to host my music, and although i *think* i have WAV files for everything, i'm not 100% sure, so i wanted a copy, just in case.

@coolboymew that's what i would expect any professional musician to do, and then let SoundCloud transcode it for the web player.

one thing though: not all the files on my SoundCloud page are set as downloadable.
