I like the wholesomeness of Gura (plus my daughter loved watching her Minecraft videos, so we would watch together when she was younger). Otherwise I'm not into the whole Vtuber thing.

Closest I generally come to "extra female voices" in the house is when I blast Love Live or Umamusume on the TV (in the rare chance I get to watch something other than female shows and Bluey)

@Dudebro @PapaPole @WashedOutGundamPilot @graf Yeah I know what you mean, man. It's rough being a good dad. I have a 9-5 WFH thing, but I have to take on 6 other clients to make the ends meet, so I end up working all the time. I try to "cheat" my time with my company and get client work during the 9-5 hours, so I can be present in the evenings and weekends, but it's still hard. Especially when Slack and emails never end.

Keep it up, man. Be encouraged. If they're excited to see you, you're doing the right things. And when they're older, they'll understand. My 12yo has actually sat and prayed with my wife and I for my sanity as I work hard and try my best. She's even given me encouragement, because she sees how hard I push myself for everyone.

Don't lose hope. You're not alone.

@Dudebro @graf @PapaPole @WashedOutGundamPilot I'm pretty much like this as well. I mean...there's some best grils out there for sure (aforementioned Frieren, Raphtalia, etc), but I have one real waifu, and she's the mother of my children and my God-given partner-in-crime. That's all I need.

I still have my figures though (Rei, Asuna, Tohsaka, Asuka etc). My kids gave em to me, and you'll pry those from my cold dead hands.
