Hitler's personal doctor which many of his closest people expressed that they didn't like him and he shouldn't be trusted. Hitler brushed it off that Rudolf Hess and the others were simply jealous of how successful the doctor was making big money business by selling vitamins and other sort of things. The theory is that he was slowly poisoning him with all the shots that he was giving Hitler, many of which were experimental in nature, was actually making his situation worse. And when his doctor was away somewhere and couldn't inject Hitler somehow Hitler's health would improve but it wasn't enough to make him believe he was being poisoned. This also was crucial because hitler being sick means he was not able to over-ride his generals decisions during the invasion of soviet union. This is why the theory is that his personal doctor was deliberately poisoning him.
