@lnxw37b2 @kinoko @Moon @ageha I'm not particularly inclined to give the benefit of the doubt to common criminals in a country where it's much easier to eat yourself to death than it is to starve. The reason why stuff like formula gets stolen often enough to get locked up is not desperate young mothers who can't feed their babies through no fault of their own.
