@coolboymew @Weeble @s8n there might be an argument to be made about those rent to own things that are done here and there. some small number of devs have you pay the vig but if you stop paying you just get an old outdated version to keep going forward with.

i could tolerate that because it does make sense--you're paying to have maintenance and updates, not because of the threat of having all your shit taken away.

regardless, Rent to Own is not a thing on iTunes. you own nothing and you will be happy.
