Dcgirl@jeremiah @Mummabear family members often keep paying the phone bill for the homeless/homeless by choice/addicts in their lives so they can find them. Once they've burned enough bridges to not be allowed to stay in family members homes someone will still pay their phone bill as it is a lifeline and last hope.
