I stuck this mornings raspberries in the freezer instead of my belly today. After a few days I should have enough to make some preserves or something.

Water bath is appropriate whenever the thing you are canning is acidic right? Any recipes will be greatly appreciated. I also need to get some new jars and other bits. Most of my collection are weck but I'm missing most of my clips somehow.
