@TinyHouse4Life yeah I was happy with how it turned out. I always have to search out a crust recipe because I just don't really do a lot of baking, but I think I'll probably keep this one. It was 1.25 c of flour, 0.5 c butter, and 1tsp of salt with a few tablespoons of water. It was pretty crumbly which made it kind of hard to work with, and after letting it rest in the fridge I had to add more water to make it workable, but it turned out at the end, and I managed to roll it kind of thin so it didn't consume a lot of space for the quiche itself. I've made recipes before that were for top and bottom crusts, and didn't realize until it was too late.
Today I learned what a pastry mixer is too. I don't have one, but I used a fork and that worked well enough.
