@GabeLakmann What’s funny is that all the other languages tend to have this fluff that they tack on to words. They have a separate form for addressing somebody, with an additional word to tack on the end to supposedly change the entire character of the way you’re speaking…but it’s really just the equivalent of a diminuitive or a title.
I’m sure there’re a couple out there, but english has been so fleshed out it’s hard to beat. Pretty much everything is a loan word from it, if it’s invented in the last 100 years.
