But to have what you thought would be your dream job, only to have what OP had happen is a whole other level of demoralization.

I don't care what job you have, to be the one guy who bust his ass to keep the ship afloat and on time, only to have everyone else feel like they can slack off more because you'll take care of it while making the same pay as everyone else...that's pure hell.

Know your own worth, and make sure everyone else knows your worth too. As fucked up as everything is, the worker...the ACTUAL WORKER has more and more leverage as we descend into collapse.
