It's so funny how so many Americans think mexican food is so special when it is so simple and easy to make. The main difference is the ingredients. If people bought the same thing they used in the restaurants they'd be 90% of the way to making it exactly like the restaurants.

I rarely get a desire to eat mexican food but when I do I go buy the ingredients and make it myself and I don't buy it from one of the mexican stores where they only speak spanish and send all the money they make back to mexico either.
