@lain I looked it up in more details, there's easier than vnc apparently, with RDP
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-use-remote-desktop-5fe128d5-8fb1-7a23-3b8a-41e636865e8c from windows (seems easy to set up)
And then on mac you should be able to find a RDP client, idk if there's good/bad ones

Only thing I'm not sure is if the server needs to open ports to allow access (I think for vnc they do need it)
It would make it much less accessible
