I understand it, since transhumanist community now also have an ongoing culture war on ai safety 😀

There is a difference between criticizing someone's view on tech progress to achieve a better, more efficient and ethical tech progress and just a luddite psyop, and IMO it's kinda easy to separate one from other. And woke anti-ai bullshit isn't look like a criticism.
