@synapsid @PraxisOfEvil this may sound overly optimistic but all the young white guys without big college degrees that got decent jobs i know personally got them through small businesses. they're not beholden to the diversity shit and whether they know it or not they're looking for white guys who can handle multi faceted jobs. 'oh this guy i interviewed is great, self starter, real sharp' yeah lot of words to say a white guy

feels like hunting for the needle in the haystack but i'd put out feelers any way possible- internet or irl- to find these job openings
