@gabek I convinced my partner to get one, and several times withing warranty, there was an issue that requires partial disassembly to be able to charge, or start the system. Customer service responded with a shrug, and never provided a good solution. Now, she has a work machine that needs to stay plugged in 24/7, or risk taking it apart to get it to start. Their support really let us down, when I really thought that the company had promise. Such a disappointment.
