War frequently breaks out historically in the face of rotting empires unable to preserve order. GAE losing power on the border provinces like Afghanistan and Ukraine has ripple effects everywhere. These are just warning rumblings. I don't know when and how things will break out, but Globohomo will not be spared God's wrath and judgment.
