Lots of homebrew biz does that shit, where they think they’re safe and separate because of a single page they filed….in reality it’s only robust and genuine with hundreds of pages of reinforcement backing it up. If someone were to dig in the books, I can nearly guarantee there’d be little meaningful separation between the radio operation and the political group due to sloppy or nonexistant bookkeeping

Ugh, it’s just so damn amateurish. Literally the exact same experience you would have building an LLC with your jackass friends in college, down to the deflections and work-avoidance. It’s not a matter of crime/not-crime, it’s a matter of protection, professionalism, and readiness.
Sloppy corporate governance doesn’t matter…until it does. If they’re a pro-white group they should be ready for an auditor to walk through the door any minute, have everything filed, have notes, minutes, reimbursements, payments, invoices, accounts, all ready to go as if they’re gonna be dragged into court by some ADL patsy with the explicit goal of piercing the veil and going after their personal assets.
Instead it sounds like the same bullshit, childish LLC operation you see when 2 “influencers” decide to go in on a $10,000 alibaba dropshipping “business”

They should have it in their documentation, or minutes that managing members approved the transfer, that it was known about by the other company brass, etc. I don’t think it’s wrong necessarily to just have one guy w/ the right authority do a no-notice transfer, but it would be nice to have a paper trail to the other members/partners recording the decision and getting some agreement from the rest. You know, like a grown-up company does.

@Boomerman @MechaSilvio @mkultra @AnimeTradCath Kraken’s an above-board thing though, the crypto stuff doesn’t totally matter AFAIK since there isn’t a whole lot of precedent or regulation regarding small-biz handling of crypto assets. It’s a legit business, and if the account is using the LLC’s name and bank account then it should be okay. Granted, they should be retaining all records of transactions within the kraken account to prove the money is going to biz purposes, keeping payroll if that’s how they handle it, etc.
IDK what state, or exactly how it could bite them, but there are times when the owner of an LLC is still liable for all the taxes of the biz. Imagine being Conte and finding out you’re on the hook to pay 30% payroll tax of everything the company’s been giving out for a few years. Scary. (But I’m still just guessing here)

The fact it’s happening to begin with signals poor judgement somewhere, whether it’s a structure issue, a poor selection in letting Conte take such a lofty position in the group, or the fumbled PR. With the right governance in place none of this would have happened to begin with, and if they split ways it would have been as simple as a nice, bland, PR statement saying Conte’s stepping down from his major responsibilities in the group and they thank him for his service.
None of this needs to be so antagonistic, and it’s hard to think this thing will ever get anywhere when everyone in the in-group is so pumped to exclude and push away the very small numbers of adjacent whites it should hungry to bring into the fold. Instead, everyone’s still acting like this is some dumbass chevy tuner forum, content to burn bridges forever instead of taking the long view and seeing everything as a temporary disagreement between white brothers in the same fight. If all this is really about the continued existence of our people then we definitely don’t have the luxury of forever blacklisting people over shit this petty.
It’s frustrating because I really want them to succeed and turn things around, but they’re just burned out. They want to be men of history but they’re stuck in the habit patterns of forum moderators. It’s hard to be patient after years of going through these kinds of things.

what do I do with that money?
I want to be careful with that money; if it goes to something, it needs to be something that has some demonstrable effect on the world at large I live in, and it needs to enure to my benefit in some definable way: at the end of that money, there needs to be some perceptible drop in the flow rate of the Brownstream, some perceptible desaturation of the Gay Rainbow Parade, some neutralization of some portion of the Poz that afflicts me, some satisfactory and lingering affliction imposed upon one or more of the political enemies presently oppressing me, some roadblock thrown up to the relentless vampiric kikery sucking the lifeforce out of my marrow
am I going to get any of that from the NJP? by observation, what I am likely to get from that is “podcasts”, “more Internet drama”, “stupid shit about things I don’t give a fuck about in places I also don’t give a fuck about”, “gay fagslapping matches”, “amusing if ultimately useless activities”, and “ranch dressing”, none of which were a part of my original order
furthermore, the chain from “any of those things they are capable of providing” to “any of the things I want” is extremely tenuous to the point of being laughable; there is no legible pathway to anything I want from anything they’re doing
I’m not saying they have to run an assassination market or anything, but I am saying that there needs to be a direct (and short) pipeline between “resources in” and “results out” that someone is willing to take a chance on funding, and each step needs to be parlayed into larger “results out”, not “larger opportunities to grift” (and this is a problem all across the board, all the way up to Trump, who also failed to learn this lesson, so don’t feel too bad)
