     I've worked with enough of the liberal's pets to give up hope he exists, I'm no longer going to play along as if every prospective BIPOC (using your turn of phrase) is him until proven otherwise - Instead, I have to fly like I'm single-pilot, doing my own SA, mentally double checking his calls, and looking up after every checklist item to make sure today isn't the day he starts her up at 90% throttle and sends us through the wing of a citation

     I don't think I have ever once used the acronym BIPOC.

     High IQ blacks certainly exist, though. Thomas Sowell. Walter Williams. Lonnie Johnson. Philip Emeagwali. These people don't need DEI, and it does, in fact, hurt them. Sowell said as much in an interview with Peter Robinson.

     Obviously these are outliers, but they do occur. Maybe you'll luck out and fly with a guy like that someday.

It took me a while to give up on your idea, too - this world, this culture, this society does not produce black men of that caliber anymore. The conditions that allowed them to come into being have utterly disappeared.

     I've known a few that are on the higher end and the abuse they get from their own is insane, they're essentially excommunicated for being 'uncle toms'. The last batch of competent, A-grade black men left the factory in about 1960, it's simply childish to pretend they're out their in any noticeable numbers.

     The last guy I knew of was Kevin Samuels, and he died at something like 55. Watch his old shows, he spent a good 3 years talking to young black men trying to uplift them, point them towards something more real than the nonsensical cash grabs they think is the mark of success. He gave up on that and just changed missions to bringing their women back down to earth instead.
