     @Chuckie_ar_la @officalNIGR @mkultra @Boomerman @BigDuck @doctorsex It doesn’t need to be crimes, though. I think the most realistic thing is that he learned (way too late, likely) exactly how little he was protected by their LLC.

     Some states require biennial/annual reports and formal minutes to be filed in order to prove it’s a functional company. Hell, if you don’t file one, some states automatically dissolve the LLC. An LLC requires an operating agreement, requires a bunch of corporate formalities that many LLC owners eschew thinking they’re unneeded - but they provide a VITAL layer of defense against litigation.

     I suspect that, as an analogy, he looked at the “bulletproof vest” he was wearing and found out the plates were just cardboard squares. Sure, he hasn’t been shot, but if he did….it wouldn’t protect him like everyone expected

At most I can see divesting yourself from the company LLC bc of some liability concern. Or resigning. But making a big public whistle blower screaming post seems like drunken ideas.
